1. HOW TO PLAY: Open a specially marked B2K You Got Served Motion Picture Soundtrack CD case. If you find a gold color CD inside the case, you are a Grand Prize Winner, subject to verification. To obtain a B2K You Got Served Sweepstakes Game Piece, while supplies last, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: B2K Sweepstakes, Dept. 3627-GC, P.O. Box 5001, Stacy, MN 55078-5001. Requests must be postmarked by 1/26/04 and received by 2/2/04. VT residents may omit return postage. One request per envelope. 2. FIVE (5) INSTANT WIN GRAND PRIZES: A trip for up to four (4) persons to Los Angeles, CA to meet members of the B2K Band. Each Grand Prize consists of round-trip coach air transportation between commercial airport nearest winner’s residence and Los Angeles, CA, three days/two nights hotel accommodations (two double occupancy rooms) at a hotel designated by Sponsor, one (1) “Meet and Greet Session” with band members of B2K, ground transportation between airport and hotel in Los Angeles, CA and ground transportation between hotel and B2K Meet & Greet Session location. Approximate Retail Value not to exceed: $4,500. Odds of winning Grand Prize: 1:60,000. Grand Prize Winners must travel on dates designated by Sponsor, or a Grand Prize Winner forfeits the B2K Meet and Greet Session and will not receive a substitute for that portion of the prize. Grand Prize Winners must take the trip by 12/31/04 or a Grand Prize Winner forfeits the prize.

3. TO CLAIM PRIZE: Grand Prize claim instructions on winning game piece. Grand Prize Winning Claims must be received by 2/27/04. In the event an Instant Win Grand Prize is not claimed, that Grand Prize will not be awarded.

4. SECOND CHANCE DRAWING: To enter, complete Official Entry Form found in specially marked B2K You Got Served CD cases, and mail in an envelope to: B2K Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 2089, Stacy, MN 55078-2089. Entries must be postmarked by 2/17/04 and received by 2/24/04. No photocopies or mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Sponsor not responsible for any lost, late, delayed, illegible, incomplete, mutilated, postage due or misdirected entries or mail. All material becomes property of Sponsor and shall not be acknowledged or returned. Odds of winning Second Chance Prize will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Random drawing will be conducted on or about 3/15/04 by Centra Marketing & Communications, an independent judging organization whose decisions in all matters are final and binding.

5. ONE HUNDRED SECOND CHANCE PRIZES: One (1) B2K Poster autographed by members of the B2K Band. Approximate Retail Value: $10 each Second Chance Prize. Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $23,500.

6. GENERAL: Game open to legal residents of the U.S. residents. Employees of Epic Records, Sony Music Entertainment, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Screen Gems Corporation and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, printers, Centra Marketing & Communications, and their immediate families are not eligible. Game subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited. Prizes are non-transferable, no substitutions or cash redemptions except by Sponsor due to prize unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Winners will be notified by U.S. Mail on or about 3/31/04. If an Instant Win Prize or a Second Chance Prize notification letter or an Instant Win Prize or a Second Chance Prize is returned as undeliverable, the winner will be disqualified and only Second Chance Prizes will be awarded to alternate winners in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. All meals, ground transportation, gratuities, travel upgrades and personal incidentals and expenses not specifically listed herein will be the sole responsibility of the

Grand Prize Winners. All Winners will be solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on prize. Actual retail value of Grand Prize may vary depending upon point of departure and time of year trip is taken. Grand Prize Winners will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability and Publicity Release within 14 days of notification attempt or prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Grand Prize Winner’s traveling companions will be required to execute and return a Liability and Publicity Release within same time period. In the event the Grand Prize Winner or traveling companion is a minor under applicable state law, the Winner or traveling companion must travel with a parent or legal guardian who must sign all required documents. Game cards not obtained through authorized channels or are forged, mis-cut, altered, blank, copied, tampered with, mutilated, incomplete or contain printing or production, typographical, mechanical or other errors are automatically void. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. Limit, one prize per household. In the event number of prize claims exceeds number of prizes offered, such prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from all prize claims received for that prize. Liability for game cards containing printing or other errors, is limited to replacement with another game card while supplies last and recipients release Sponsor and Promoter for any liability therefore. By accepting prize, Winners grant to Sponsor the right to use their names, likenesses, hometown and biographical information, for any lawful purposes, without further permission or compensation, except where prohibited by law. By participating in Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules, and understand the Sweepstakes results are final in all respects. By participating in Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold Sponsor and Promoter harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes. By accepting prize, Winners release Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, and printers, including without limitation, its advertising/promotion agencies, from any and all liability, loss or damage incurred with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or participation in prize related activity, including but not limited to property damage, injury, death or claims based on rights of privacy, rights of publicity or merchandise delivery.
